Slave of Obedience and Righteousness

This weekend we continue our study in Romans as we move from slaves of sin to become slaves of obedience in Romans 6:15-23 (Study guide HERE). As servants of God, we understand the debt that Jesus paid on our behalf and it’s in light of this gift that we offer our lives to the Lord. May we regularly choose obedience that leads toward righteousness, and give thanks to God as we allow His teaching to shape the pattern of how we engage with our world. The fruit of our sanctification will transform our lives in His image as we live more fully in Him.
