Celebrate Holy Week at CBCC

Join us as Community Church celebrates Holy Week, following in the steps of Jesus. We begin the celebration on March 29, Palm Sunday, with one Sunday service at 10:00AM. We will look at Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem (Luke 19:28-44) with people crying out, “Hosanna!” (Lord, save us!). Join us for a potluck following this family service, bring salad, potato dishes or dessert to share! Then on Friday, April 3, we host a Good Friday Worship Service at 6PM,

The Lenten Season

On Ash Wednesday, February 18, we began the six-week Season of Lent. We invite you to make Lenten Commitments, with ways to Feast and Fast as we grow in our Lord Jesus Christ in preparation for Holy Week. We hope you can also join us for Lenten Taize services on two Friday evenings, March 6 and March 20 at 7:00PM. The Latin word ‘lent’ means ‘lengthen,’ as in the lengthening of daylight and budding of new growth.
