This Sunday we will hear a message from Jay Barber out of 1 John 5:13-21 entitled ‘The Gospel from an Aging Apostle’. John was writing to the early church about the importance of recognizing the lines between truth and error, and how this discernment must be done in love. This message applies with just as much power in our current lives! Come be encouraged by the amazing truth that we can have confidence before the Lord, and also be challenged to examine and repent of any idols we have allowed to come between us and His love.
