Our Building Use Coordinator will contact you on whether your requested dates and requested use can be accommodated and will notify you as to the damage deposit and the building use fees.
Note that nothing is scheduled until your damage deposit and agreement of the building use fees is received.
Cannon Beach Community Church permits a reservation for the use of its church on a contingency basis. Such a reservation is usually desired to have an indoor location as a back up to an outdoor event that may be spoiled by bad weather.
The non-refundable fee to reserve the church on a contingency basis is $50. This fee is solely a reservation fee and will not be returned to you even if you do not use the church.
A $150 refundable damage deposit is also required at the time the reservation is made along with the church use application and contract for the church use you are planning should the contingency use be required.
